KBC Lease France est une entreprise de crédit-bail ("leasing", location évolutive) qui est partenaire commercial de plusieurs agences Web accusées d'arnaque. En cas de contrat, il ne faut surtout pas bloquer les payements, le client se mettrait en infraction de son contrat verrouillé (blindé) ! Voici trois jurisprudences dans lesquelles KBC LEASE France a gagné. :'(
